Oluwole is an articulate, dedicated professional who has over the years acquired considerable experience in the Nigerian Intellectual Property practice, having advised numerous Clients regarding their Intellectual Property needs, and offered viable solutions to knotty legal issues.   He has a superb communication skills which are vital when meeting and interviewing Clients in order to establish his firm’s suitability to provide the necessary advice and services to them.

His practice focus covers Intellectual Property rights enforcement, prosecution, litigation, Real Estate transactions and Food & Drug Registration and Regulatory formalities.  He is a member of the firm’s Anti-Counterfeiting desk, which department handles Anti-Counterfeiting related matters and organizing raids against Infringers and Counterfeiters. He also has a proven track record in Court room advocacy, having represented Multinational Companies at the High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
